Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:
- We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- No restocking fee will be applied.
- FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Store Credit Only:
- We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit.
- Store credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.
Exchanges:
- We do not process direct exchanges.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for store credit and use that credit to place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Worn, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, ship your item(s) back using your preferred shipping method.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue store credit for the purchase amount.
Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
