Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee will be applied.
  • FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Store Credit Only:

  • We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit.
  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.

Exchanges:

  • We do not process direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for store credit and use that credit to place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, ship your item(s) back using your preferred shipping method.
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue store credit for the purchase amount.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
